I currently work in operations and sales for Shep. Shep is an early-stage startup with a small team. Therefore, the "I work at a startup and wear many hats' analogy is true. From day to day, I might be: running email campaigns for sales targets, improving our CRM processes and setup, leading product standups, running QA, managing our team goals, or running a client implementation project. Goodway Group is a programmatic media company that develops strategies and executes digital ad campaigns.

I worked as a Campaign Operations Manager for Goodway Group, a programmatic media company. I executed and managed 25+ multi-location campaigns each month. I had primary ownership of campaign launch, trafficking, QA, ongoing management and troubleshooting, and reporting and insights development. I have worked on a variety of different campaigns and verticals including restaurant, QSR, tourism, education, and medical.

I served on the Programs and Operations teams and served on the Board of Directors. I assisted in several projects for EduRise and was a leader within this organization since its founding. We organized, planned, and hosted several events such as a panel with prominent education leaders from the Austin area, happy hours, and a wellness professional development session.

I completed my MBA capstone with Gridmates, where I served on a team of two as Marketing Consultants.
